Refund & Cancellation Policy
We have a straightforward and customer-friendly refund & cancellation policy to ensure your satisfaction.
We will issue a full refund to your original payment method IF AND ONLY IF any of the following situations apply:
- Lost Order in Transit: If your order is lost while in transit, you may choose between a full refund or a resend. Resends take 5–9 business days like a new order.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, style, etc.), please share a photo within 5 days of delivery. You may choose between a refund or a resend (5–9 business days).
- Damaged Item Received: If your product is damaged, please provide photo proof. You can choose between a refund or a resend (5–9 business days).
- Delivery Delays: If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days due to uncontrollable factors (postal delays, etc.), we will issue a compensation coupon code as store credit.
Incorrect Address / Consignee Not Found: If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or if the recipient is unavailable, the customer must pay the courier charges to have the product resent.
