Refund & Cancellation Policy

We have a straightforward and customer-friendly refund & cancellation policy to ensure your satisfaction.

We will issue a full refund to your original payment method IF AND ONLY IF any of the following situations apply:

• Lost Order in Transit: If your order is lost while in transit, you may choose between a full refund or a resend. Resends take 5–9 business days like a new order.
• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, style, etc.), please share a photo within 5 days of delivery. You may choose between a refund or a resend (5–9 business days).
• Damaged Item Received: If your product is damaged, please provide photo proof. You can choose between a refund or a resend (5–9 business days).
• Delivery Delays: If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days due to uncontrollable factors (postal delays, etc.), we will issue a compensation coupon code as store credit.

Incorrect Address / Consignee Not Found: If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or if the recipient is unavailable, the customer must pay the courier charges to have the product resent.

After submitting your order, what's next?

• Order Review: Our team manually reviews all orders within 24 hours to verify customer details, address accuracy, spelling issues, and completeness. During this review window, order cancellations are allowed.
• Order Fulfillment: After the review, your order will be packaged, sorted, and dispatched. No cancellations are accepted at this stage.
• Shipping: We use India Post and other trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays.
